With its 332 apartments and approximately 500 residents it is considered one of the premier apartments to reside in Dallas. Steven has been the Mayor of the Worthington after the King of the Worthington Gil Phish moved to Tampa. " No one will ever be the King again!", claimed Libby Welty, so the residents got together and decided that they needed a Mayor. Steven Beard, longterm resident fitted the qualifications perfectly. His large network of friends throughout the building and the amount of time that he was willing to reside in the building made him the first and only choice. Steven is easily recognizable with his green cap. He holds town meetings occasionaly across McKinney Avenue at Starbucks which is also where the residents feel he can easily be found. Steven lives on the sixth floor of the Worthington which has long been recognized as the best floor due to the high quality of residents that share or have shared the floor.
