BEST HALLOWEEN PARTY IN DALLAS OCTOBER 30TH @10P.M.

I awoke, it was Sunday morning... the last day in October, the 31st. Was it a dream? Were those scary hob gobblins I met last night just like me, dressed in their best costumes enjoying a great party? It was so real. A party...not just any party... I was invited to the largest Halloween Bash in Dallas. It was on the eve of Halloween, Saturday October 30th in a spooky old western town in....in Downtown Dallas? My friends and I went to a spooky part of Dallas where we had never been before. It was the "Ranch at Downtown Dallas" located at 944 South Lamar, one block directly South of the Convention Center on the corner of Canton and S Lamar. The admission was only $5 and my driver's license showed that I had already survived at least twenty one previous Halloweens. Througout that haunted western town, great music can be heard from the Dave Tanner Band, and also the music spun all night by Creative Touch's Monster DJ, Scott Thomas. Creative Halloween characters were presented by Eclipse Entertainment. Also plenty of beverages to quench the thirst of our festive souls. We danced and partied with all of the town's ghouls 'til the threat of sunlight sent us to our darkened homes. We had never seen a Halloween party like this before! What a blast!

IT WAS EASY TO FIND!

Directions were simple. I drove South on 75 past Woodall Rodgers exit and took "30 West" exit. I exited Ervay (when I exited I was on Griffin street). I then stayed on Griffin to Canton. Then I turned left to S Lamar....The Ranch was on the corner of Canton and S Lamar (I spotted a windmill on the roof). My friends from other parts of town just found the Dallas Convention Center and went one block South until they found it. Another one of my friends found directions on the Internet at - http://www.texaspartyplace.com/map.html - The Ranch's phone number is 214-741-4211. I do not remember how we got home, we wanted to stay all night. Wait! Why can't I still taste all the beer and margaritas from last night? I must be dreaming! It is not even October 30th yet! There is still time to go to this great event. Don't be a pumpkin head. Don't miss out. SEE YOU THERE!
